Here is how an ARRRTT project and the sessions works to turn e-waste into an exhibit.
- Selection - come up with an event time / date - talk to the event organizers
- Collect - connect with media - collect e-waste during the months leading up to the time
- Planning - bring your artist ideas
- Building - bring gloves and work clothes
- Setup - help us place the device
- Video - help us document the build, highlight the contributors and artists and promote our mission.
Come support our mission: Bringing awareness to the need for the responsible recycling and reclaiming of computer equipment, while supporting community based nonprofits
How does it work
- We collect equipment
- We build the ARRTTT and display it at Hackfort
- We disassemble and donate to community non-profits with impact ("Computers for Kids", etc)
How can you help
- Donate your old / unused equipment
- Pass this on / Identify sponsors & donors (print the flyer)
- Join the ARRRTT team to collect and build
- Recycle e-waste. And help others remember to recyle e-waste.
